The Scor3card consists of seven categories with 153 total action items, covering qualitative and quantitative metrics, that guide organizations through the details of their activities in order to baseline their sustainability efforts and make improvements. Through baselining, businesses will be able to see the value in integrating sustainable practices in their activities.
The categories include:
- Communication & Promotions
- Community Stewardship
- Healthy Work Environment
- Materials Management
Each item to complete equates to one point, and organizations will receive a score based on the cumulative points achieved from the 153 points available, awarded by the Verification Board. Organizations can choose which items to complete and are not required to report on each item, as some may not be applicable.
Within the program are five verification levels: Participation, Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum.
Participation Level: completion of items without finishing all Cornerstones
Bronze Level: 13 to 30 Items and have completed the Cornerstone 1, 2, 3, 4

Gold Level: 76 to 125 items and have completed the Cornerstone 1, 2, 3, 4
